As a Home Care Aide, your role will involve providing personalized support to clients in their residences, assisting them with:

  • Light cleaning tasks, including organizing, laundry, and basic housekeeping
  • Personal care activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal assistance

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must possess STNA certification or have completed a Home Health Aide Training program of at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training covering essential topics.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including organizational and state-mandated training.
