Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a foundational understanding of patent law and a strong interest in litigation. The ideal applicant should possess the confidence to represent clients in court and conduct depositions, ideally with prior experience in these areas. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and opposing counsel. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to case strategy development are also critical.

Key Qualifications
Applicants should have substantial experience in patent litigation within U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including but not limited to:
- Conducting thorough case analyses
- Performing legal and factual research
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Engaging in discovery processes related to infringement, validity, and damages
- Preparing dispositive motions and claim construction briefs
- Participating in pre-trial and trial preparations
Ideal candidates will possess:
- An undergraduate or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics
- Experience in the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm
- A strong academic record from an accredited law school
Experience with the International Trade Commission (ITC) is advantageous. Exceptional writing skills are a must.
