Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed.
  • Monitor and Document Resident Status: Continuously monitor resident clinical and care conditions, identifying any changes in status and taking appropriate action to ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Communicate with Residents and Families: Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, providing education and support to promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with care associates, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in care conferences to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Colorado RN License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
  • Graduate from an Accredited RN Program: Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Minimum 6 Months RN Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR Certification: Must be certified in CPR.
