Job Title: Consulting Partner

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Consulting Partner to lead our Food and Beverage Industry Practice in the US. As a key member of our Consumer Sector team, you will drive business growth, define strategies, and support clients across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, leveraging industry consulting and technology strengths.
  • Lead transformation engagements, working closely with CXOs and internal teams to shape future state functional and solution roadmaps.
  • Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for critical process areas within the retail industry.
  • Establish thought leadership across industry forums, partner events, and customer interlocks, publishing and speaking on forward-looking topics.
  • Create a strong Wipro market positioning, increasing mindshare in the ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience, with 10 years in CPG and Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Combination of industry and consulting experience, preferably in Big-4 consulting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in critical areas such as Concept to market, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, Supply Chain, Finance.
  • Deep understanding of business drivers/processes and ability to relate segment priorities to associated technology.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software (ERP, PLM, MES) like SAP, Oracle, Dassault, GE Proficy, etc.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and commercial management software (TPM, TPO, RGM).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce technologies, digital marketing (e.g. Adobe, SAP CX, etc).
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, etc).
  • Ability to apply emerging technologies like Gen-AI, IoT, Metaverse, etc to drive operational efficiency and revenues.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sell & Deliver: Ability to construct presentation slides that are effective in conveying the intended message and visually pleasing to a high level of standard.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners, and internal organization.
  • Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
  • Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
  • Driving Transformation: Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements.
