About This Role

This is a critical position within the Baxter organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage laboratory personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and improve laboratory processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of testing and reporting, including special project and protocol testing.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for laboratory personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and improve laboratory processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Proven track record of success in a quality assurance or quality control role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
What We Offer

Baxter is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $76,000 - $104,500 annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
