- Manage budgets, costs, and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or business.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and resources.
