We invite skilled and compassionate emergency nurses to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide critical care to patients in need, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
- Apply clinical expertise and judgment to prioritize patient care, manage emergencies, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff, promote a culture of safety, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Current California RN license required.
- One year of acute care experience as a registered nurse preferred.
- NRP certification required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
