Service Center Cash Management
Strawberry Road Auto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist. This role is essential for managing dealership transactions and ensuring accurate processing of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and organize all automotive transactions
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in documentation related to transactions
- Ensure timely billing for monthly financial closeouts
- Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and prepare detailed cash reports
- Balance cash drawers at the start and conclusion of each shift
- Handle credit card transactions and operate payment processing machines
- Keep thorough records of daily transaction documentation
- Calculate and apply discounts, coupons, and charges to the appropriate accounts
- Prepare and manage daily bank deposits
- Process and receive Finance and Insurance (F&I) payments
- Understand and manage extended service policies and warranty payments
- Assist in coordinating transportation services for customers
- Manage incoming mail and assist with general inquiries
- Participate in departmental meetings to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; candidates should have one to three months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
