Position Overview
The primary goal of this role is to enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring that both guest rooms and communal areas are impeccably maintained.

It is essential to be knowledgeable about the maintenance request process and to adhere to it consistently.

You will receive instructions from your supervisor regarding your responsibilities in maintaining guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standards.

Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks relevant to your designated work areas is required, and being multi-skilled is advantageous.

Flexibility and a willingness to undertake various tasks and responsibilities are crucial.

It is your duty to ensure that all areas are left clean and in optimal working condition after completing any assigned tasks.

Maintain a positive rapport with colleagues and ensure punctuality while wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag.

Occasional repair work may be necessary, and you will play a key role in preventing issues within the hotel's technical systems.

Implement corrective action plans as directed by the Technical Manager and adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule.
