We are seeking an experienced Stormwater Construction Foreman to join our team at Apex Companies, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair of post-construction stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage project activities, materials, equipment, budgets, documentation, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead construction technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld power tools and heavy construction equipment, including skid loaders, backhoes, and excavators, to perform various construction tasks.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Travel: Travel 85% - 100% (Monday through Friday) within PA and neighboring states to perform construction tasks.
- Education: GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in construction.
- Travel: Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with 85% to 100% travel required.
- Skills: Proficient with heavy construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools. Familiarity with stormwater, sediment, and erosion control.
