Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service, managing sales and registrations, and ensuring a positive representation of our organization as we strive to expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and efficiently check students into our system.
  • Discuss membership options with potential families and facilitate the registration of new students.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist members with merchandise purchases and vending services.
  • Coordinate student schedules for instructors and arrange private events.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with a professional demeanor and follow up as necessary.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to management personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the employer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
Work Environment:

In this role, employees may encounter warm and humid conditions, with a moderate noise level.
