Job Description
As a Pediatric Surgery Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

In this position, you will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines. You will also be responsible for managing program budgets, coordinating educational activities, and evaluating program effectiveness.
