Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our rehabilitation team as a Rehabilitation Services Coordinator. This role will assist in the provision of rehabilitative services under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists patients in ambulation, transfers, mobility activities, ADL's, exercise programs, functional cognitive/communication, and leisure activities utilizing appropriate techniques.
  • Communicates daily with licensed therapists regarding patient treatment plans.
  • Performs routine duties as assigned, ensuring treatment areas are sanitary and tidy according to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Attends job-related training events and demonstrates flexibility with work assignments.
  • Provides weekday and weekend coverage for rehab continuum in accordance with schedule.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience as an aide and/or other healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
