Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Food Court Leader to join our team at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in our food court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Assist in the management of food court operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labor cost control.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food court staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food court performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
