  • Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed.
  • Immediately report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Greet patients and families warmly upon entering their rooms.
Specialized Cleaning Tasks

Perform thorough cleaning procedures, including terminal cleanings when necessary, which involve deep cleaning with disinfectants, wiping down walls, cleaning under beds, high dusting, and changing curtains.

Communication and Response

Respond to verbal requests, alarm signals, and communications via radio and telephone within the designated time frame as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Capable of communicating effectively to request supplies and document necessary information.
  • Experience in housekeeping or maintenance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with floor care is a plus.
  • Able to work collaboratively and constructively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to follow straightforward instructions to complete repetitive tasks.
