Depuis près de 30 ans, grâce à la Responsabilité Élargie du Producteur et aux contributions des entreprises, nous avons déployé la collecte sélective à travers la France, faisant du tri un geste citoyen essentiel et créant des filières de recyclage. En France, 70% des emballages et 59% des papiers sont recyclés.

Pour répondre à l'urgence écologique et accélérer les transformations nécessaires, nous souhaitons continuer à engager et accompagner les acteurs économiques dans une production, distribution et consommation responsables.

Mission :

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Remploi, vous aurez pour mission de développer l'expertise et les activités de Remploi chez Citeo.

Plus précisément, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Coordonner des projets opérationnels
  • Développer une offre de services adaptée au nouveau cadre réglementaire
  • Organiser et animer des travaux pour définir des gammes standards d'emballages réutilisables
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés et les équipes internes de Citeo : Clients, juridique, relations institutionnelles, etc.
  • Suivre la collecte des données de Remploi auprès des metteurs en marché et coordonner avec l'Observatoire du Remploi
  • Définir des axes de R&D stratégiques soutenus par Citeo dans le cadre d'appels à projets
  • Analyser les données en fonction des sujets prioritaires remontés par les acteurs du Remploi
  • Préparer des supports pour les travaux internes et présentations pour validation avec la direction
  • Participer aux comités techniques externes et rédiger des comptes-rendus
  • Gérer les prestataires et suivre les aspects administratifs en lien avec l'équipe

Profil recherché :

De formation universitaire, école de commerce ou ingénieur, vous êtes titulaire d'un bac+5 avec une spécialisation en RSE ou environnement. Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le conseil ou dans un poste technique et industriel.

Votre compréhension des enjeux opérationnels, industriels et financiers est un atout. Vous êtes sensible aux questions liées à l'économie circulaire, qui est au cœur de nos activités. Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion de projets complexes et vos compétences en analyse de données sont avérées.

Vous appréciez animer des groupes de travail et établir des relations constructives avec des interlocuteurs variés. On vous décrit comme orienté(e) résultats, avec une forte capacité à mener des projets. Votre leadership, autonomie et proactivité sont reconnus.
