Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for patients
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure to practice in the state(s) of Missouri
  • Prior experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $130,000 annual salary (dependent on experience)
