Job Summary

Carespring is seeking a Pre-T Nurse Aide Assistant to join our team. As a Pre-T Nurse Aide Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Call Lights and respond promptly to patient needs.
  • Assist with Hydration by passing ice and water to patients between meals and helping with the hydration cart and HS snack pass.
  • Support Patient Care by assisting with making patient beds and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with Laundry tasks, including putting away patient's clean personal laundry and stocking clean linen closets.
  • Perform Infection Control by marking personal items to prevent cross-contamination and emptying soiled utility containers in outside trash.
  • Support Dining Services by setting dining room tables and passing trays and drinks to residents in the dining room.
  • Provide Companionship by performing one-on-one visits with patients and engaging in activities with them.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks as assigned by the nurse or unit manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
