RN Medical Services Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Charles Health System. As an RN Medical Services, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN license
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
- Department-specific acute care certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
