Compensation Range:

$40,000 - $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a detailed business plan for the outlet, taking into account market dynamics, competition, revenue, and expenses
  • Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks for products and services as per company standards
  • Effectively manage stock levels and accurately predict sales trends
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering prompt service and high-quality offerings
  • Recruit, train, and guide team members to maintain company standards and meet customer expectations
  • Establish and reach sales and profit objectives, implement marketing initiatives, and uphold cost-control practices
  • Oversee inventory, assets, and ensure safety and security protocols are consistently followed
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership capabilities with an emphasis on organization, communication, and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in managing inventory, budgets, and operational costs within the food service sector
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-food or quick-service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
