Job Overview
With general oversight, this position ensures the effective functioning and enhancement of various compensation processes; plays a key role in the development and execution of compensation initiatives and programs.

- Evaluate compensation data and apply job evaluation methods to ascertain job value and market rates.
- Support the administration of Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), and salary adjustment processes by working with colleagues across departments to assist internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate the seamless execution of pay policies and programs.
- Conduct and analyze market surveys as assigned; prepare reports on job and market data evaluations.
- Develop, document, and monitor processes while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage systems for enhancing current business operations.
- Assist in compensation design and analysis, including working with extensive datasets.
- Utilize analytical tools to present data in a clear and impactful manner.
- Collaborate with US and international partners within and outside of HR to assess business needs and propose innovative and effective solutions to compensation challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable and skilled in team collaborations, iterative processes, and constructive feedback.
- Experience with market pricing tools is advantageous; familiarity with Market Pay is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- International and/or Oil and Gas compensation experience is a plus.
