**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our Syracuse branch. As an essential business, our warehouse team is expanding to meet the growing demands of our customers.

**Responsibilities**

  • Inspect product deliveries for damages and verify product specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy of quantities delivered and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Store products safely to prevent internal damage and maintain proper inventory control.
  • Pull customer orders and verify product alignment with customer specifications.
  • Load products onto trucks and ensure safe transit.
  • Review and analyze inventory levels to maintain compliance with established stocking requirements.
  • Maintain working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Enforce warehouse receiving policies with suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, order selection, packing, and/or stocking of products.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Willingness to operate material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Flexibility with schedule, as overtime is frequent for A and B shifts.
  • Reliable daily transportation to branch location.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Forklift training preferred, but not required.
  • Product knowledge with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical material highly desired.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**

  • This job operates in a high-traffic warehouse exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 50-75 pounds.
