Job Title: Integrated Supply Site Manager

Vallen is seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving program growth and managing a team of associates to ensure positive and profitable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to onsite customer teams, ensuring the delivery of Integrated Supply solutions and managing staff to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Ensure contractual customer commitments are met, including customer cost savings and key performance indicators.
  • Manage the P&L statement of local integrated supply sites, ensuring they meet or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Develop and cultivate customer relationships, leveraging your mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications.
  • Manage a team of associates, providing coaching, counseling, and disciplining as needed, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Finance, and 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, or a similarly applicable industry.
  • 5+ years of staff management experience, with a proven track record as a team leader.
  • Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships, with a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the technical aptitude to learn company-specific programs and software applications.
