Job Summary

Telecare Corp. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behavior service needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and special services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Work under the supervision of the Program Administrator
  • Complete the required training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 6 months of initial employment
  • Obtain RBT certification within twelve months of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional and maintain credential through employment
  • Complete both segments of Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course including the competency tests within one year of employment
Requirements
  • High School Graduation or G.E.D.
  • Six months of prior experience providing direct care and special services to persons with developmental disabilities
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
