  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers to ensure they have the best possible experience
  • Manage projects efficiently to meet customer needs and expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with good decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of freight terminology and shipping procedures
  • Familiarity with credit and collections processes
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
