Role Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Specialist to address immediate market demands. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, dedicated, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and an assigned clientele, collaborating with branch team members to ensure satisfaction with our offerings.
  2. Identify and actively seek new business prospects to broaden the customer base, working alongside management to formulate sales strategies and target new accounts.
  3. Handle various tasks including product quotations and resolving customer issues.
  4. Analyze competitive landscape within the territory, develop sales strategies, and communicate these strategies to management.
  5. Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a professional presence in the field.
  6. Document all sales activities in our internal Customer Relationship Management system for ongoing assessment of the business pipeline and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of completing tasks efficiently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills.
  • General digital literacy is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly.

Compensation:

This role is eligible for commission, with an estimated total compensation range of $75,000 - $110,000+ annually.
