We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HVAC Warehouse Associate to support our operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, preparing and processing orders, and ensuring that our technicians have the supplies they need to complete their work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for technicians and customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies as needed.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and update records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and basic computer skills.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
