Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Denver. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Ensure the restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by the schedule
  • Oversee break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non-peak periods
  • Train new crew members in their area of responsibility
  • Ensure service in all areas meets Fresquez standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Handle minor customer complaints and take prompt action to resolve issues
  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of cash accountability reports
  • Inform the general manager of any problems or unusual matters of significance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of restaurant leadership or management experience
  • Restaurant industry experience preferred, culinary experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws, principles, procedures, and practices
  • Ability to teach, coach, and train adults in various environments and situations
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence all levels of an organization
  • Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate others to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Ability to delegate and demonstrate leadership courage to hold others accountable for results and actions
