About the Role

We're seeking a talented Hourly Supervisor to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Run effective shifts, setting the pace for our team members and ensuring great guest service.
  • Work closely with team members to identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Solve problems for guests and team members with a high sense of urgency, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Take ownership of cash handling responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor curbside and pick-up to ensure a quick and accurate guest experience.
  • Support inventory management processes, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Assist in completing HACCP checklists, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
  • Ability to work up to 5 days or 40 hours per week, with flexibility to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Competency in basic computer functions, including point of sale systems.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
