Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a Behavior Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our staff. You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and supervision to staff
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Emphasize individual motivation and engagement to create a space for ongoing progress
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification or minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
  • Ability to start working in a part-time role, where needed, as we develop and grow your caseload
