The role of Member Services Assistant encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Engaging with members through various communication channels including phone, text, and email.
  • Coordinating member excursions and activities.
  • Ensuring a delightful and enjoyable experience for all members.
  • Managing catering orders in collaboration with preferred vendors.
  • Arranging dining and docking reservations while addressing additional member inquiries.
  • Conducting research on harbor destinations and maintaining updated databases.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.
