Position Overview

Compensation: $24.45 starting, depending on experience.

Your Role:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the welcoming voice our patients rely on for support. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment scheduling and addressing inquiries, ensuring a smooth healthcare experience filled with understanding and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from patients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling with healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver precise information regarding services, procedures, and general health questions.
  • Promptly escalate urgent issues to the appropriate medical personnel.
Qualifications and Skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Skills:
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a warm personality.
  • Capability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Empathy and sensitivity towards diverse patient backgrounds and needs.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
