Key Responsibilities
  • Provide World-Class Hospitality: Consistently deliver exceptional service to all premium guests, clients, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Preparation: Conduct thorough pre-event walk-throughs to ensure premium spaces meet expectations, and proactively welcome and assist guests.
  • Memorable Experiences: Identify opportunities to create lasting relationships with members and exceed their expectations.
  • Safety and Security: Understand, retain, and communicate safety and security measures to ensure a secure environment for all.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Display professional demeanor, including positive body language and effective communication, and work to resolve guest compliments and concerns in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Logistics and Operations: Manage lines, provide directions to premium locations, and perform thorough ticket checks, scans, and access for valid entrance into premium spaces.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Premium Services department to ensure all expectations are met within designated spaces for guest, client, and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two (2) years prior experience within a hospitality, sports, entertainment, or related field.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability: 75% event availability commitment, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
