Your Role:
- Contribute to the development of native iOS and Android applications that engage users daily.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evolution of codebases.
- Create refined UI components that seamlessly interact with comprehensive GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences, utilizing animations and transitions derived from a well-considered component library.
- Foster a culture of learning and growth by mentoring and guiding fellow engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, Creative, QA, and Marketing within an Agile framework.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Proficient in SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Expertise in iOS frameworks and Swift, with a foundational understanding of Objective-C.
- Experience in creating reusable UI components as part of a cohesive design system.
- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs is advantageous.
- Strong ability to design straightforward and modular solutions.
- Commitment to quality, from user experience to code clarity.
- Experience developing applications for a consumer audience.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Intuitive grasp of mobile platform constraints and strategies to address them.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $144,000 and $175,000. This range reflects the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as work location, experience, and performance. The stated range is one component of IAC's comprehensive compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses and various incentives. Additionally, IAC offers a robust benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
