Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. As a key member of our Ambulatory Services - Dermatology department, you will provide high-quality patient care, health education, and counseling in an oncology setting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient care and health teaching under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent provider.
  • Assist in individualizing patient care to support adaptation to the disease process and achieve optimal wellness.
  • Screen, perform venipuncture, and monitor plateletpheresis and whole blood donor procedures.
  • Maintain donor and product safety, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing school's LPN program.
