About the Role:
The Site Director is responsible for the overall supervision and management of their sites. They will conduct regular parent meetings to distribute information, conduct regular staff meetings, enforce progressive disciplinary procedures, develop and coordinate learning program activities, and ensure administrative paperwork is accurate and completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the program while following contract guidelines.
- Provide regular supervision to ensure the well-being and success of participants.
- Develop and coordinate creative in-person and distance learning program activities.
- Create and monitor student behavior plans and transitional plans when necessary.
- Maintain attendance and snack records.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate and completed on time.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year working in an afterschool program or group child care setting with elementary and/or middle school-aged children.
- A valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
- A minimum of 12 months documented work experience in an ASES program or related field.
- At least 1 year supervisory experience of children & staff or 1 year assistant supervisory experience within Harmonium.
Salary and Benefits:
The starting rate is $26.52 per hour. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and critical illness insurance, a 403b retirement plan plus match, and Vacation & Sick time.
