**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager to join our team in San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes and contract specifications.

**Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm materials, equipment and resources are readily available.
  • Collect and analyze shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
  • Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling, identifying potential risks to budget or schedule.
  • Evaluate daily production, schedule and budget projections to track project performance.
  • Notify team members and manager of significant schedule changes and recommend solutions.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of construction engineering, scheduling or design experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cost coding, cost savings and project financial implications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of scheduling processes and industry best practices.

**Estimated Salary:** $97,000 - $105,000 per year.
