The Corporate Loan Specialist II plays a crucial role in the management and execution of loan-related functions within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of member syndication and loan participation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute all loan-related tasks as directed by department leadership.
- Initiate CRM Loan Service Requests for member syndication and loan participation transactions.
- Complete required training programs promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the processing of member syndication and loan participation transactions, including Libor/SOFR rollovers, loan advances, loan repricing, rate adjustments, principal and interest payments, and standby letter of credit fee payments.
- Facilitate transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and loan payments.
- Receive, assess, and relay communications from Agent Banks regarding syndicated and participation loans.
- Engage with agent banks concerning transactional matters related to member syndicated and participation loans.
- Conduct research to resolve standard issues that may arise during operations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude while adhering to various work instructions and orders.
- Ensure compliance with all established guidelines, procedures, and eligibility criteria.
- Participate actively in training sessions and complete all training on schedule.
- Uphold the Bank's Code of Ethics and core values in all professional interactions.
- Exhibit professionalism in all dealings.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive team environment.
- Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interact proficiently with various levels of bank personnel, departments, and clients.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of relevant loan experience.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of operational experience.
- Preferred: Proficient understanding of Fiserv Premier and related products.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AFS Vision loan accounting system.
- Preferred: Previous banking experience is advantageous.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years.
The salary range for this full-time role is $66,560.00 - $69,000.00 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, experience, and location. Actual compensation may vary based on individual skills and experience.
