What we expect:
* Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars.
* Issue appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
* Drive car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.
* Assess any damage to vehicle. Clearly note any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.
* Deposit key and ticket with Valet Cashier.
* Open hotel doors for all guests and give verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
* Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hail taxis as needed.
* Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
Ideal candidate will have:
* A valid California driver's license and good driving record.
* Ability to drive both manual and automatic.
* At least one-year experience in luxury hospitality setting as Valet Parking Attendant.

* On-Call Hours: Varies with 2-3 shifts a week
