About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at our Beverly Hills hotel. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the safe and secure parking of their vehicles, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests arriving at the hotel and park their vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Return vehicles to guests upon request, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete parking tickets accurately and inspect vehicles for any damage.
  • Assist guests with luggage from vehicles when necessary.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
  • A clean driving record and a current driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Previous guest experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
