Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Fuel Driver to join our team at Atlas Fuel Services in Monroe, Michigan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating our equipment and making local deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and move fuel products safely and efficiently from our loading facility to customer or company locations.
  • Follow company policies, federal and state regulations, and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Keep accurate records of accidents, driving record, injuries, and other events, and follow all company safety guidelines.
  • Maintain clean equipment, uniforms, and trucks, and communicate any repairs promptly.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of delivery of product, volume of delivery, and inventory control management.
  • Use internal systems, handheld devices, and other electronic equipment for work purposes.
  • Take direction from dispatchers and management, and maintain good working relationships with team members, management, and customers.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Commercial Driver's License, Class B required or A.
  • Hazmat and Tanker (X) endorsement or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • 6-12 months commercial driving experience.
  • Good customer service, computer, and communication skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
