Job Summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Fuel Reserved Lot Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting professional drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking, and general information. Your primary goal will be to ensure a pleasant environment for our customers, allowing us to return every traveler to the road better than they came.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist professional drivers with arrival, parking, and general information
  • Maintain parking lot cleanliness and fuel island cleanliness
  • Follow proper customer service sequence as outlined in operation manuals
  • Prioritize work according to customer and management needs
  • Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
  • Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and coworkers

Work Environment:

While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
