Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a licensed physical therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
- Teach and Educate: Share your expertise with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in Departmental Processes: Collaborate with colleagues to improve clinical practices, develop policies, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and Maintain Physician Relations: Foster strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to Educational Efforts: Participate in departmental in-services, journal clubs, and educational programs to stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Education: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
