- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
