Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

USA Properties Fund is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Terracina Whitney Ranch, a brand new 288-unit family community in Rocklin, CA.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers. This includes anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property, as well as implementing procedures to prevent such issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to prevent problems and ensure a safe environment
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting)
  • Plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Light carpentry
  • Glass and screen replacements
  • Unit turns
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
