Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - The Ridge

At Avanath, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our residents and fostering a positive work environment for our team members. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Ridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of community common areas and resident units, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including routine upkeep and emergency repairs.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and inventory, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of community assets.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between maintenance and resident services teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
