Responsibilities

As a Teacher at KinderCare Education, you'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Supporting your center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
