Prologue Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team in the field of Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Residential Support Specialists, providing client-centered support, and contributing to the creation of meaningful, therapeutic experiences and learning for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in-home services for individuals with mental and/or behavioral health needs
  • Provide supportive supervision and training to Residential Support Specialists
  • Navigate co-occurring disorders with empathy and excellence
  • Collaborate with Corporate Leadership to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans
  • Conduct ongoing supervision and coaching to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Experience working with populations facing mental and/or behavioral health challenges
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to provide supportive supervision and training
  • Knowledge of recovery-focused care principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Corporate Leadership and staff
