Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Sykesville, Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, revenue growth, and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that enhance financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment.
  • Lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners.
  • Accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
Requirements
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
