Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Amazon Returns:
    • Expertly navigate Amazon's return system, utilizing your understanding of motorcycle products to comply with their policies and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to Amazon's requirements for return authorization, labeling, and documentation, specifically concerning motorcycle parts and accessories.
    • Leverage your expertise in motorcycle products to assess returned items for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and determine the appropriate course of action for each case.
    • Work collaboratively with relevant departments to reintegrate returned motorcycle parts and accessories into inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability for customers.

Qualifications:
