- Expertly navigate Amazon's return system, utilizing your understanding of motorcycle products to comply with their policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Amazon's requirements for return authorization, labeling, and documentation, specifically concerning motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Leverage your expertise in motorcycle products to assess returned items for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and determine the appropriate course of action for each case.
- Work collaboratively with relevant departments to reintegrate returned motorcycle parts and accessories into inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability for customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements as needed, maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or logistics, with a focus on returns management in the motorcycle industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and passion for motorcycles, including familiarity with motorcycle parts, accessories, and gear.
- Understanding of Amazon's returns system and policies, particularly in relation to motorcycle products, is highly desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately evaluate product condition, compatibility, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach and technical proficiency.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, inventory management, and communication.
